It stands on plains, vineyards and forests stretching as far as the eye can see, and offers its visitors a panorama as breathtaking as the castle itself! A true legacy of the Middle Ages, Haut-Koenigsbourg proudly displays its keep and its chivalrous heritage. Once over the drawbridge, visitors are transported back several centuries to discover the glorious past of this impressive fortress.

The capital of Alsace wines, Colmar is a unique country town. Its colourful houses overlook the Lauch in the Petite Venise district and its craft shops animate the streets. Traditions and know-how abound, anchored in the city’s heritage, and give it a charm recognized throughout the world, particularly at Christmas market time. The emotions procured by the tasting of pretzels, or a glass of Muscat are then multiplied tenfold.

Eguisheim and Kaysersberg are both among the most beautiful villages in France. The first, the cradle of the Alsatian vineyard, is wrapped around the Château de Saint-Léon-Pfalz. The second, seemingly taken from a fairy tale, is dominated by the Château du Schlossberg. And both are home to houses with typical, colourful, timber-framed facades, which are a pleasure to walk between. The balconies are full of flowers, water gushes from the fountains, and the good smell of regional specialities fills the streets!

Listed in the first list of Historical Monuments in France in 1840, the Château de Chambord is a splendid architectural jewel! Its construction, ordered by François 1er as a symbol of power, will last more than a century, but will not prevent its successive owners from organizing hunting parties and other grandiose balls. Leonardo da Vinci’s brilliant double revolution staircase is the heart of the monument, and the English and French gardens are a magical setting for a walk!

Built in the 12th century and renovated in the 16th, the Château de Chenonceau is one of the greatest masterpieces of the Renaissance! The only bridge-chateau in the world with its arches spanning the Cher River, great women have administered this architectural jewel throughout its history. It hosted the royal parties of Catherine de Medici, was transformed into a war hospital from 1914 to 1918… and now houses artistic wonders from the Renaissance and Baroque eras!

In the heart of the Loire Valley vineyards, Tours awakens all the senses. Tasting the wines of Vouvray and Montlouis, admiring the sublime castles of the Loire Valley and finally relaxing in the green and sophisticated gardens of the Touraine… These are the steps that make up a typical day in the city known as the Muse of Artists !

Dominated by its majestic abbey that follows the shape of the rock in a unique architectural style mixing Gothic and Romanesque, Mont-Saint-Michel stands on the bay like a king on his kingdom! The medieval alleys wind between the ramparts of this unique village, while the surrounding environment is transformed by the tides, the largest in Europe: a perfect osmosis between Man and Nature.

At the heart of the French liberation after the Second World War with the landing of 1944, Caen and its beaches are a veritable nest of history! From the Memorial to the British military cemeteries, passing by Sword Beach, visitors are plunged 80 years back in time… Afterwards, a great breath of sea air on the Côte de Nacre and a walk between the Heritage and the different atmospheres of the city of William the Conqueror will be amply deserved!

From Le Havre to Le Tréport, the Alabaster Coast crisscrosses the shores of Normandy. The Cité Océane and its city center (UNESCO) take us back to the birth of the impressionist movement through Monet’s paintings. Then we go up to Etretat, where the winds blow on the cliffs and transport us to Fécamp and its splendid Benedictine Palace. We then reach Veules-les-Roses, a bridge between the sea and the countryside, and Dieppe, with its magical sunsets and its “Poisson dieppois, Poisson de choix”!

Between Marseille and La Ciotat via Cassis, the Calanques National Park, an ecotourism destination par excellence, enjoys an exceptional biodiversity in a breathtaking landscape! Coves of turquoise water surrounded by rocks and caressed by the warmth of the Mediterranean sun, the Calanques are a true wonder of nature! Here, everyone is free to live at the rhythm of their desires: idleness, boat rides or hiking, sports activities…

Under the spotlight worldwide thanks to its famous international film festival, Cannes is a sumptuous corner of paradise! The fishing village has now given way to the “Chemin des Etoiles” which runs along the Croisette, bordering fine sandy beaches, splendid palaces and luxury boutiques! A little further out on the Mediterranean Sea, the green Lerins Islands stand out…

The mythical Promenade des Anglais, which faces the Bay of Angels and its turquoise waters, is today inseparable from Nice. And that’s not all the Côte d’Azur capital, a UNESCO world heritage site, has to offer! Savoir vivre à la provençale, the amazing Matisse museum, unique gastronomy…, strolling through its streets is a real escapade between the Belle Époque and the Baroque and Deco Arts!

The description of the most beautiful avenue in the world is not an exaggeration when it comes to evoking the Champs- Élysées. For almost 2 kilometers, it connects the Place de la Concorde, and the Obelisk of Luxor (3 300 before J-C), to the Arc de Triomphe, erected in honour of the Napoleonic Grand Army. But above all, it is lined on both sides with prestigious and luxury boutiques that make it one of the most famous shopping places in the world!

Below the famous Pyramid of the Louvre, the greatest masterpieces follow one another. From the Salle des Etats where Mona Lisa is hiding to the Red Rooms, through the Michelangelo Gallery or the Charles X Egyptian Museum, you will see a horde of emotions surge through you… And whether it is at the Quai Branly, the Orangerie, the Pompidou Center, or the Orsay museum, it is always the same: the majesty of Art is only equalled by the sensations it brings.

In Paris, the unusual places and secret corners have nothing to envy to the inescapable monuments. You can discover the works of street artists, omnipresent in the capital, in the Beaubourg district or at 59 Rivoli. In a more macabre style, the visit of the Catacombs is fascinating. Then you can lose yourself between the galleries and covered passages of the 2nd arrondissement, where you can find tea rooms, boutiques and theaters… Original museums, unique activities, the possibilities are legion!

On both sides of the Garonne, the pink city and its singing accent transports its visitors… Capitol, Saint-Sernin Basilica, Jacobins Convent, all the buildings are adorned with orange and red bricks thus drawing an incomparable framework as well to stroll as to feast! Capital of rugby and aeronautics, Toulouse, the city of violets, offers a real catalog of possibilities: sport, gastronomy, history or culture, and even green tourism around the Canal du Midi!

On the left bank of the Aude, a place of life where it is good to stroll between the mansions and the colored facades: the Bastide Saint-Louis. On the right bank, one of the best-preserved medieval complexes in the world, with more than 50 towers and 3 kilometers of ramparts: the Medieval City. An exceptional historical and cultural destination, surrounded by vineyards and crossed by the Canal du Midi, Carcassonne is a unique and absolutely unmissable place!

Located on the French-Spanish border, in the heart of the Hautes-Pyrénées, the three cirques are incredible refuges for both fauna and flora, “impossible and extraordinary object” (Victor Hugo)! These breathtaking landscapes are a paradise for hikers, cyclists, mountain lovers but also for art lovers thanks to the Gavarnie Festival which offers every summer a unique artistic experience in the middle of nature!
